To operate the marketplace, match jobs with workers, prevent fraud, moderate content and conversations, investigate accounts, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.

Sharing

We may share information if legally required, with service providers who help operate the platform under confidentiality, or with other users as part of normal platform use (e.g. revealing contact details to the first 5 tradies on a job).

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We retain limited records where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
