Send a link request to tradies you've worked with. Rate them 5 to 10 based on your real on-site experience together.
Build Your Trust Score
As tradies accept your link requests and rate you back, your trust score grows. Verified tradies with strong networks rank higher.

For Tradies
Click Get Started and enter your basic business details — name, business name, trade, ABN and location. No document uploads needed. Your business is added to the directory in a basic form straight away, and you can build out your full profile (licence number, portfolio photos and bio) whenever you're ready.
Once you complete your full profile with your licence number and ABN, our admin team manually checks your details. When approved, your listing gets the Verified badge and a boost to your trust score. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.
A crew link is a connection between two tradies who have actually worked together on-site. When you link with someone, you rate them out of 10 based on your real experience. Links only count when the other tradie accepts your request.
Your trust score is based on the average rating from tradies who have linked with you, plus a small bonus for each accepted link. Getting verified adds an extra bonus. The score is capped at 100 and grows as your network of real working relationships grows.
Yes. If your business is already in our directory, find it in Find Tradies and click "Claim account". We'll email a 6-digit verification code to the email address on the listing — enter it to confirm ownership and the listing is attached to your account.
Yes. Creating an account, building your profile, getting verified and receiving leads are all free.
Search for them in Find Tradies, open their profile and send a link request with your rating. If they're not on the platform yet, you can send them an invite — when they sign up, the link is created automatically.
You receive an email with the enquirer's name, contact details and their message. Simply reply to the email to talk to them directly — there's no messaging middleman and no cost for the lead.
